What we can and can’t help with

We can clarify how we rank cards, explain our methodology, or fix an error you’ve found.

We can’t give personalized financial advice, approve applications, or troubleshoot issues with a specific issuer. For those, contact your card provider directly.

• We’re a comparison site, not a bank. Our content is for general information, not legal or financial counsel.
• You must be 18 or older to use our site; we don’t target minors.
• If you’re struggling with spending, we include links to responsible-play and budgeting resources throughout our guides. Those tools are free — no sign-up required.

Our methodology — how we collect rates, fees, and perks — is published on every card review. If you spot a data point that looks stale, tell us. We’ll verify and update within a week.
